How-to tips and strategies for educators and parents  

MyHealth Magazine tips and strategies were designed specifically for educators and parents to assist them in helping students build their study and social-emotional skills. All featured tips and strategies are based on the newest scientific research in mental health, well-being and learning, and are continuously updated. Whether focused on how to promote civility, practice relaxation breathing or memorize and recall information, our tips and strategies are simple to implement. 
We have organized our tips and strategies into a series of one-page Try this sheets. Each Try this sheet typically consists of three parts: 1) a brief explanation of why you should learn the skill, 2) easy-to-follow, step-by-step instructions on how to learn the skill, and 3) interesting facts about the skill.
